This is how we run a sale — every stage, every action, in order, from the moment a lead lands to the moment it’s won and handed to Operations. Start a deal below and the Flight Plan walks you through exactly what to do at each step, with the tools and the rules right where you need them. The last move passes the trip straight to the Ops Flight Plan.

Lead / Deal name

Won. Now it flies to Ops.

The deal is closed — deposit in, paperwork signed, marked Won. The baton’s with Operations now.

How the Sales Flight Plan works

Seven stages. Every sale. In order.

The Flight Plan turns our Sales SOPs into a guided pipeline. It carries one deal from the moment a lead lands all the way to a confirmed deposit — then hands the trip to Operations. You always know exactly what to do next.

Start a deal
Type the lead / deal name and hit Begin. The Flight Plan opens at Stage 1 — New Lead.

Work the checklist
Each stage shows its actions. Tap one to mark it done — it fills green. Read the guidance under each; it’s the Sales SOP, right where you need it.

Use the tools
Actions link to where the work happens — HubSpot, Drive, Safari Portal, the Sales SOP. Watch the rust flags: those are the deadlines and rules you can’t miss.

Advance
When a stage’s actions are checked, the Next button lights up. Move forward leg by leg — the bar up top tracks the whole deal.

Hand off to Ops
The final stage passes the trip to the Operations Flight Plan — deposit lands, deal Won, and the journey from deposit to welcome home begins.
